I have known the owner for many many years. This business has been in operation for three generations. They accommodate business by spraying after hours, usually in the wee hours of the morning. They will travel anywhere in the bay area. The jobs are done without much disruption in placement of equipment or furniture. Pleasant and friendly owner and employees.

Standard Termite and Pest Control began 47 years ago and continues to provide care for the residents of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.

Who We Are

In 1962, Alfred and Mary O'Keefe founded Standard Termite Inspection and Repair. They performed termite inspections, treatment with termites, and structural repairs. In 1982, Standard Termite joined forces with Standard Pest Control and became Standard Termite and Pest Control under new ownership - Jeremiah O'Keefe Motak - a second generation noted Berkeley pest controller. Currently, Jerry and Cora are co-owners now in its 47th year and the web designer is Don Q. Basanes. Standard Termite and Pest Control services San Francisco.
